Potential students and parents can learn about Bermuda College’s partnership programmes at a virtual event tomorrow.

The Transfer Pathways Fair will showcase opportunities to go from associate degree courses on the island to a baccalaureate degree in more than 50 career disciplines.

Subjects include healthcare, actuarial science, automotive technology, hospitality management, marine science and graphic design.

A college spokeswoman said: “Articulated agreements with over 30 accredited institutions in Canada, the UK, the US and in the West Indies provide exceptional benefits to BC graduates such as easy application processes, automatic acceptance – in most cases, transferability of credits and eligibility for scholarships at the receiving institution.

“This year’s virtual fair will feature 13 four-year colleges and universities whose online representatives will conduct virtual online tours, engage with students directly and include breakout sessions as a feature of their presentations – all in efforts to make the fair as accessible and engaging as possible.”

The event starts at 2pm tomorrow and a link to take part is on the Bermuda College website.
