Dunkley's Dairy has been given planning permission to build a new warehouse and fuel storage tank at its Devonshire headquarters.
Owner Michael Dunkley said the expansion was needed because Pepsi, whose products the company supplies, had expanded its range and now stocked far more drinks.
The United Bermuda Party MP said the company now gets it fuel from a local gas station and is to decide whether to replace its existing fuel tanks at the site in Vesey Street.
Mr. Dunkley said he did not have a final sum for the new works but the company wanted to commence building as soon as possible.
