yesterday released on $10,000 bail with two like sureties each.

Kendrick Winslow Zuill, 19, and Kenneth Jamal Zuill, 24, both of One Way Deepdale Road were charged with the offence along with Charles Maxwell Warren, 27, of Rambling Lane, and Frederick Norris Lee, 28, of Spanish Point.

And they were charged with unlawful wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possessing a knife.

The incident was alleged to have occurred on October 30 in the area of Mount Hill.

Lawyer Richard Hector made the application for bail which was not opposed by Crown Counsel Leighton Rochester.

However Mr. Rochester asked for the two sureties and requested that the men be required to surrender their travel documents, visit the Hamilton Police Station twice a week and have no contact with the alleged victim or witnesses in the case.

Magistrate Cheryl-Ann Mapp granted Mr. Rochester's requests but told the men to report three times a week to the Police Station instead of twice.

The men will reappear in Magistrates' Court on December 23.

Kenneth Zuill faces an additional charge of assaulting a Police officer and doing him bodily harm on November 4.

He will be tried on February 13 for this matter.
