At the annual general meeting of Bermuda International Business Association, chairman Raymond Medeiros, above right, announced he was handing over the chairmanship to well-known businessman, First Bermuda Securities Ltd.'s chief executive officer and co-founder, Jeffrey Conyers.

Mr. Conyers, pictured left, yesterday said he was delighted to be taking up the chairmanship of BIBA. Mr. Medeiros will continue as president of the organisation.
