Damon Quincy DeRoza, 20, has been charged with the premeditated murder of his five-year-old daughter.

He is represented by lawyer Mark Pettingill who was not with his client yesterday.

The Cedar Hill, Warwick man was ordered to return to court on January 17 for mention as papers have yet to be served.

Lynae's body was found floating in Hamilton Harbour, near Longford Road in Warwick, on November 20.
