Camel Shevon Spence, 17, of Hermitage Road, Devonshire, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, fraudulent use of documents, no third party insurance, no licence and failing to stop for Police.

The offences came to light after Spence was seen riding a motorcycle over 50cc, on Parson's Road, Pembroke. He had been disqualified and fined in May for speeding.

Imposing the penalties, Mr. Francis said: "You know that when you go and increase the size of the engine of an auxiliary cycle, you are committing an offence.'' A shocked Spence said: "But I am still a school student.'' Mr. Francis replied: "If you were not a school student it would be more than twice that.

"I hope that you and other school students will think of yourselves and your parents before you do this nonsense.''
