press conference to show that, thanks to private Bermudian investors and stockholders, the first phase of turning the old Hamiltonian Hotel at Langton Hill, Pembroke, into condominiums is well underway and expected to pump millions of dollars and jobs into the lagging construction industry. The first phase, involving the construction of three three-bedroom and four two-bedroom condominiums ranging from $395,000 to $535,000 in price, is expected to be completed by February. Pictured above, Mr. Jack Outerbridge (left) of LP Gutteridge, which is marketing the condos, and Mr. Stavisky, inspect the building site.
