A man appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with conspiracy to import cannabis and cocaine.

Kyle Ingham, 24, is accused of conspiring to import cannabis on November 2, 2008, with Dennis Wright, Kenneth Butterfield, and "persons unknown".

He is also charged with conspiring to import cocaine with the two men and others on the same date.

Ingham, of Pembroke, was granted bail until his next court appearance on December 23. Bail was set at $50,000 plus one surety.

Wright, 27, of Sandys, and Butterfield, 32, of Hamilton Parish, have also been bailed. Wright's bail was set at $30,000 with two sureties while Butterfield's was set at $50,000 with one surety.

All three men have also had to surrender their passports.
