BERMUDA v ZIMBABWE update
Bermuda 136
Zimbabwe 137-4 after 29 overs
Zimbabwe win by six wickets
Sean Williams and Stuart Matsikenyeri completed an untroubled victory for Zimbabwe in both teams' final World Cup warm-up match at the Arnos Vale today.
Bermuda's total of 136, highlighted by Janeiro Tucker's impressive knock of 56, was never going to be enough to trouble the Africans.
Despite the fact that Kevin Hurdle and Saleem Mukuddem reduced their opponents for five for two inside the first two overs, once the big-hitting Sean Williams got into his stride the result was a foregone conclusion.
Williams smashed three fours and two sixes in a match-winning innings of 72. He tied the scores with a single off Leverock and off the next ball Matsikenyeri finished the match, taking his unbeaten score onto 21.
Leverock finished with two for 54 off his ten overs.
Bermuda now go into the World Cup next week having won only two of their last 16 One-Day Internationals.

Bermuda 136
Zimbabwe 109-4 after 25 overs
Leverock claimed his second wicket in the 23rd over, reducing Zimbabwe to 93 for four as Elton Chigumbura offered an easy catch to David Hemp at mid-wicket.
However, the Africans now require just 28 runs for victory. Sean Williams remains unbeaten on 58.
He completed his half-century in the 22nd over off 64 balls in 84 minutes and in the 24th over smashed Borden straight over the bowler's head for a massive six.
Zimbabwe's 100 came up in the 23rd over after 146 balls and 102 minutes.
Stuart Matsikinyeri, Zimbabwe's only remaining player from the last World Cup, is unbeaten on eight.
Bermuda 136,
Zimbabwe 82-3 after 20 overs
After conceding 27 runs in his first five overs, Leverock finally broke through to claim Zimbabwe's third wicket when Chomunorwa Chibhabha was well held by Delyone Borden for 30 with the total on 78 in the 19th over.
Then on the first ball of his first over Borden had a wonderful chance to dismiss new bastman Elton Chigumbura but failed to hold a return catch.
Zimbabwe with seven wickets in hand now require just 55 runs for victory.
Bermuda 136
Zimbabwe 57-2 after 16 overs
Chomunorwa Chibhabha (17) and Sean Williams (32) have put Zimbabwe firmly in the driver's seat, taking the total onto 57 after 16 overs.
Neither Stefan Kelly, returning for his first match since injuring a hamstring, nor big spinner Dwayne Levreock, so successful against England on Monday, have been able to trouble the two batsmen with Zimbabwe now requiring just 80 to win.
Kelly and Leverock, however, have just bowled successive maidens.
Bermuda 136
Zimbabwe 49-2 after 12 overs
Bermuda made a sensational start in their attempt to restrict Zimbabwe to less than their measly 136, snapping up two wickets in the opening two overs of the Africans' reply.
Pacer Kevin Hurdle held a fine return catch to get rid of Vusimuzi Sibanda for two with the total on three and then in his first over Saleem Mukuddem enticed an edge from Terrence Duffin who was superbly held by Clay Smith in the slips, diving to his left.
At five for two Zimbabwe were reeling, but new bats Chomunorwa Chibhabha (13) and Sean Williams (28) have restored order, taking the score onto 49 after 12 overs.
Williams smashed Dwayne Leverock for a huge six in the big man's first over and slowly but surely the Zimbabweans have taken the upper hand.
Stefan Kelly, playing his first match in over a month, has just completed his first over.
Zimbabwe require 88 to win with eight wickets remaining.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
136 all out after 50 overs
Bermuda were unable to reach the 150 mark, losing last man Kevin Hurdle for 10 on the final ball of the innings, and now face an uphill battle to avoid another crushing defeat.
Mukuddem and his replacement Malachi Jones went in the space of three balls in the 47th over. Mukuddem (3) drove into the hands of Stuart Matsikenyeri off spinner Keith Dabengwa and two balls later the same bowler clean bowled Jones for a duck.
Hurdle and Borden (not out 6) attempted to play out the final three overs by pinching quick singles but both found Mpofu and Dabengwa difficult to get away, although Hurdle did crunch a huge six off Chigumbura's final over but was caught out on the boundary off the same bowler by Keith Dabengwa on the last delivery.
Perhaps the best thing gthat can be said about Bermuda's bats is that they finally managed to survive an entire 50 overs, but with a woeful run rate of less than three an over (2.72) it was another performance that simply won't wash when the World Cup begins next week.

120-7 after 45 overs
Janeiro Tucker finally departed on the last ball of the 42nd over, hoisting paceman Mpofu high in the air with Terrence Duffin underneath to take a comfortable catch.
Tucker finished with a well-played 56, almost half the team's total, hitting seven fours and a six.
Delyone Borden joined Mukuddem at the crease with the total on 115.
Runs were still proving hard to come by with paceman Mpofu and spinner Utseya both bowling a tidy line. Utseya was replaced in the 45th over with Zimbabwe's seventh bowler, spinner Keith Dabengwa.
Five overs remaining.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
112-6 after 40 overs
Janeiro Tucker brought up the 100 in the 36th over with a spectacular straight driven six off paceman Ireland - only the second six of the innings.
But then the same player was given a life when Ireland spilled a simple catch in the deep of Utseya when on 48 in the 37th over.
Tucker completed his 50 with a single off paceman Mpofu, who returned following a wicketless opening spell of four overs which yielded just six runs.
Cann smashed the same bowler for four but on the next ball tried an identical shot only to be well held by Utseya at mid-on. Cann was credited with seven although most in the press box believe he actually scored 11, one of his boundaries appearing to have been mistakenly given to Tucker.
New bat is Saleem Mukuddem who has yet to get off the mark.
Bermuda in desperate need of runs with just 10 overs remaining.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
95-5 after 35 overs
The partnership between Pitcher and Tucker, worth a valuable 57, was finally broken when Pitcher attempted a lofted drive through the off side only to be brilliantly caught by Vusimuzi Simanda off the spin of skipper Utseya. Pitcher made 16.
Big hitting Lionel Cann arrived at the wicket, getting off the mark immediately with an uncharacteristic single. Tucker has moved onto 42.
Paceman Anthony Ireland has been brought into the attack, having snapped up three for 10 off six overs in his opening spell.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
76-4 after 30 overs
Zimbabwe spinners Williams and Utseya are making it difficult for Tucker and Pitcher to increase the run rate with only 20 overs remaining but this much-needed partnership after the early fall of wickets is now worth 45.
Tucker has hit six boundaries in his score of 35 while Picher has made a patient eight.
But in order to post a defendable total, and with big hitter Lionel Cann still to come, Bermuda will need to up the tempo soon.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
62-4 after 25 overs
Janeiro Tucker brought up the 50 with a glorious pull shot off Brent in the 22nd over while at the other end OJ Pitcher continued to fill the anchor role, still searching for his first run.
It finally came with fine cut to the boundary in the 23rd over in which the two bats plundered 10 runs, Tucker smashing another four off Chigumbura to take the total over 60.
Zimbabwe have introduced spinners Sean Williams and skipper Prosper Utseya into their attack, bth opening with maidens.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
47-4 after 20 overs
Light rain has started to fall over the Arnos Vale ground but play is continuing with Bermuda still struggling to score runs.
With four wickets down, the run rate remains at little more than two an over.
Elton Chigumbura, another pace bowler, has joined Gary Brent in the Zimbabwe attack and the pair continue to find a good length and line.
OJ Pitcher has yet to get off the mark and Janeiro Tucker, who missed the last two matches with a groin injury, has scored 13, including a lofted off-drive for four off Brent.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
31-4 after 15 overs
Opener Dean Minors and Janeiro Tucker were attempting to repair the early damage but finding runs hard to come off first change bowlers Tawanda Mupariwa and Gary Brent.
Minors hit a superb six off Mupariwa but then edged another big swing into the safe hands off slip Vusimuzi Sibanda off the same bowler and Bermuda were in serious trouble at 31-4. Minors made 12.
New bat OJ Pitcher has yet to get off the mark.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
18-3 after 10 overs
Bermuda are in early trouble, losing both opener Clay Smith and his replacement, David Hemp in the seventh and ninth overs, and then skipper Irving Romaine in the 10th over.
Smith went for the big hit down the ground, mistimed his shot and was comfortably caught by Gary Brent off Anthony Ireland for seven with the total on 14.
And without any addition to the score, Ireland claimed a second scalp as a big swing from Hemp saw the ball balloon straight up in the air and back into the hands of the bowler.
New bat Irving Romaine got off the mark with a boundary, but it was a poor shot in the air, narrowly missing the hands of the mid-on fielder.
The miss cost Zimbabwe nothing as on the very next ball Romaine flashed and was caught in the slips by Elton Chigumbura off Ireland for four with the total on 18.
Janeiro Tucker is yet to get off the mark.
Bermuda v Zimbabwe
8-0 after six overs
Bermuda won the toss against Zimbabwe in this World Cup warm-up match at Arnos Vale and elected to bat.
After six overs, openers Clay Smith and Dean Minors had cautiously moved on to eight without loss, Smith hitting the only boundary, a beautifully timed square cut off young pace bowler Anthony Ireland.
Bowling at the opposite end is 21-year-old Zimbabwean Christopher Mpofu.
