The island’s 48 new Royal Bermuda Regiment recruits got a visit on Monday from Rena Lalgie, the Governor and Commander-in-Chief.
Ms Lalgie toured Warwick Camp with Lieutenant-Colonel Benjamin Beasley, the Commanding Officer, and spoke with some of the new recruits.
She said: “I was impressed with the amount of men and women who have volunteered to serve with the Royal Bermuda Regiment.
“I wish each and every one of them all the best as they endeavour through the programme.”
