BF&M shares up 3.7%

BF&M Ltd shares improved 74 cents, or 3.7 per cent, to $21 after 775 traded on the Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
There was also trading in 300 shares of Butterfield Bank, but with no change to the closing price of $33. On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares were up 51 cents, or 1.51 per cent, to $34.28.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up 6.76 points, or 0.29 per cent, at 2,297.39, while the BSX Insurance Index rose 25.03 points, or 1.47 per cent, to 1,722.08.
