The prosecution offered no evidence on that count. The incidents happened a day apart.Crown counsel Takiyah Burgess said the girl was leaving her house on a date between December 26 and December 29 when she was approached by Boorman. The pair exchanged phone numbers and continued to speak despite the girl telling Boorman she was 15.On December 30 he invited the victim to meet him at the barbershop where he worked. While there, she met and spoke with Evans.Boorman later took the victim to a friend's house and the pair went into a shed at the rear of the property. After some conversation, Boorman asked the victim for oral sex. He then exposed himself to the teenager, saying: “Do it. Let's go.”He pushed her head down with both hands, holding her by her hair. The girl told investigators that during the incident she tried to pull away, but Boorman told her to keep going.Following the incident, the victim saw Evans and they agreed to exchange numbers. They agreed to meet “just to sit and talk” however during the meeting Evans took the girl to an auto-body shop where he had sex with her.The victim told an acquaintance about the incident. The acquaintance told her family, who contacted police. Both men were reportedly on probation when the offences occurred. The court heard that Evans has a prior conviction for a sexual offence.Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered social inquiry reports for both men and remanded them into custody until August 9 when they are expected to return to court for sentencing.
