Volunteers are needed by the Women's Resource Centre to help out with two tag days this month.

The fund-raising will take place Friday and Saturday, December 18 and 19.

Toni Bridgewater, the centre's community educator/membership coordinator, said: "Donate a minimum of one hour on Friday or two hours on Saturday and help support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through your favourite charity.

"Volunteer alone or form a group of colleagues, friends or family members and volunteer as a team.

"Simply choose a location for one or both days and get your department, organisation, family or friends to sell tags for the morning, afternoon or whole day at your preferred location. Feel free to get as creative as you like."
