Squash Team Tournament on Tuesday night, beating To Be or Not to BNTB 5-4 in the final.

Sean Kelly secured an early 3-0 lead for The Stray Cats against Chris Hopkins of To Be or Not to BNTB, winning 15-10, 15-13, 15-12. But the Bank drew level when Spencer Moss played out of his skin to defeat Jan Brewer with a 15-14, 15-5, 15-3 victory.

Murray Brewer of Stray Cats and Dave Conte of the Bank clinched one apiece (15-12, 15-11) before Conte ran out of steam to give Brewer the deciding game 15-10 and the championship to the Stray Cats.

The plate final saw 1997 winners, Night Shift, (formerly Medco) seize victory from the Dodos with a 5-4 triumph.

Cory Powell put Night Shift ahead with a close 2-1 (15-13, 10-15, 15-13) win over Trish Ashton. Dave Ellis made it 4-2 before going off to work a night shift when he defeated Val Protheroe by a 15-10, 9-15, 15-11 margin.

Eddie Redmond then sealed the deal for Night Shift when he stole the first game 15-13 from Jeff Carter to give his team the required five games for victory.

In Division II, Ernst & Young dominated by taking both the main and plate event titles. In the main draw, Rob Scheone initially put the Three Ace-Keteers ahead with a 15-5, 15-5, 15-9 victory over United's Gary O'Rourke.

Mark Talbott from Ernst & Young then equalised with a 15-12, 15-13, 15-6 win against Chris Fisher. Arron Kaura then confirmed the title for E&Y United by beating Ace's Dennis Burton 15-9, 15-6, 15-13 in the deciding game.

In the plate event, E&Y's Kirby Smith, Kevin Harris and Mark Herauf, collectively known as The Good, The Bad and the Irish Lad, saw off the challenge from the Rock Lobsters (Mark Outerbridge, Mark Zuill and John Parsons).
