What is your job? .

What is your favourite part of the job? Meeting people who come into the office, especially the senior citizens, who always seem to want to have a little chat with you. Also the guest workers who come to Bermuda and set up telephone service for the first time. They want to know what it's like living in Bermuda.

What is the least favourite part of your job? Dealing with irate customers. Some people don't take it lightly when their telephone service has been temporarily interrupted. You must have a lot of patience and professionalism when dealing with these customers.

What is you most interesting experience at work? I was at work when Hurricane Emily passed over Bermuda. I arrived at 8.15 a.m. Once I was there I could not leave. Me and a few other employees watched the hurricane from the front foyer of the building on Victoria Street. It was a frightening experience. But we all knew we were safe.

What would you be doing otherwise? Travelling. Also I would do some volunteer work. Working with the seniors and also the youth, as I am a member of Youthnet.
