The four-day event -- sponsored by the Bermuda All Breed Club -- will take place at the Botanical Gardens from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

About 140 dogs from Canada, the US, and Bermuda will put their best paw forward in various award categories, all vying for the top dog championship.

Bermuda Champion, best in show, best puppy and best Bermuda bred are a few of the honours up for grabs.

The junior showmanship winner will be decided during a special feature taking place on both Saturday and Sunday.

To wind up the activities, a banquet and prize-award ceremony will be held at the Ariel Sands Club and Cottages on Sunday evening.

The green Toyota Corolla was discovered damaged on Friday morning by its owner on Cove Valley Road, St. David's.

The owner had last seen the car intact on Thursday around 10.30 p.m., Police said.

Damage to the car included blackening to the entire length of the driver's side, burned tires, and a punctured rear tyre. The area surrounding the car was also blackened.
