A 20-year-old Paget man received a leg wound and a 19-year-old Hamilton Parish man was stabbed in the chest. Both were taken to hospital for treatment but have since been discharged.

An 18-year-old Southampton man has been arrested and inquiries are continuing.

Police also reported a number of break-ins on Tuesday. Cash was stolen from a home on Kitchener Close, Sandys and a bracelet and chain were taken from a Paget guest house.

A 17-year-old Sandys youth was arrested for breaking into his mother's house and stealing some of her clothes.

BANNED AGAIN CTS Banned again A Warwick man with 18 previous traffic offences was fined $1,250 and banned from driving for a year when he admitted four charges in Magistrates' Court this week.

Omar Smith, 26, of Keith Hall Road, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle, driving without third party insurance and two charges of driving while disqualified.

Sgt. Earl Kirby told the court that Police spotted Smith riding a motorcycle along Middle Road, Warwick in May, 1992. They knew he was disqualified and tried to stop him.

Smith eluded the Police twice before they caught up with him on Tribe Road No.

3. He was stopped again in August, 1992, on Tee Street, Devonshire.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined him a total of $1,250 and disqualified him from driving for a year.

YOUTH MISSING POL Youth missing A 15-year-old youth from the the Youth Development Centre has been missing since August 24.

Police said Shawn Eve went to visit his family home on Devon Springs Road, Devonshire. He left there around 4.30 p.m. and has not been seen since. Anyone with information is asked to call Police Community and Juvenile Services Department at 295-0011.
