Robert Clements Scholarship application deadline extended

The Chubb Charitable Foundation – Bermuda, has extended the application deadline for the Robert Clements Scholarship.

Citing “ongoing Covid-19 issues”, the foundation said the revised deadline is May 14.

Lori Dunstan, executive director of the Chubb Charitable Foundation, said: “We understand the current environment has created a number of challenges for many Bermudian students, so we are extending the deadline for this scholarship to allow applicants more time to gather needed documentation and complete their applications.”

The fully-funded Robert Clements scholarship is awarded to qualified Bermudian students studying full-time towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in insurance, risk management, actuarial science or other disciplines related to the insurance industry such as corporate law, accounting, or economics at any accredited university, the foundation said.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to visit the Robert Clements Scholarship informational page on Chubb’s website for application and documentation requirements.
