A $5,000 scholarship is on offer to Devonshire residents.The Devonshire Parish Council is inviting undergraduate and graduate students to apply.Students must be Bermudian, and studying at an approved university or college, including the Bermuda College. They must also have resided in Devonshire for at least five years.Preference will be given to applicants with strong academic credentials who can demonstrate financial need.Application forms are available at the Devonshire Parish Post Office from Friday or available on request by e-mail: dpcscholarship@gmail.com.Persons who qualify should e-mail a completed application form to the scholarship committee by Friday, July 19 at dpcscholarship@gmail.com.
