of exercise. As a health records technician at King Edward VII Hospital, the 52-year-old Bermudian knows a little about the former. As one of the Island's most active participants, she knows a lot about the latter.

A noted Island runner, swimmer and triathlete, Marshall turned her attention last weekend to the Huntsman World Senior Games in St.George, Utah, and returned with six medals, including three golds.

Marshall can be seen most days running her four miles along Harbour Road but it was in the pool where she excelled in Utah.

"This was my biggest accomplishment,'' she said after winning the 1,000-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard individual medley in her age division. Marshall also took silver in the 500-yard freestyle and bronze in the 100-yard individual medley and 50-yard butterfly. She joined a 4x50 relay team to take another bronze.

Last April, she collected nine medals at the inaugural International Senior Games and now says her goal is to win a world seniors championship.
