Residents will be called by telephone over the next two weeks and asked to answer among other questions what they like to read and what they would likeo see in both newspapers.

The survey is being supervised and the information analysed by US company, Urban Associates.

General Manager of The Royal Gazette Ltd., Mr. Keith Jensen said yesterday that he was pleased to have Urban carry out the work since they had "conducted research for hundreds of North American newspapers and enjoyed an excellent reputation in the industry''.

He added that 19 people had been hired locally to conduct the survey. He noted the survey was non-political and for business purposes only.
