Auditor General Larry Dennis is to sue the Bermuda Housing Trust over his right to audit it.

He said another auditor had been appointed to audit the quango last month, despite his desire to do the job.

He said: ?There is nothing untoward. It is just a legal matter.

?I want the court to decide the intentions of my audit legislation which says if it is a government controlled organisation it is audited by the Auditor General.?
