Calling all soca junkies ... a Caribbean-style party kicks off tomorrow at the RumBar in Hamilton.Organiser Marilyn Eve is encouraging people to come out dressed all in white and dance the night away to the sounds of DJs D’General and D’Nice.She said: “In Trinidad and Tobago these parties are very popular especially at carnival time. We are happy that over the years it has really taken off.“This year we have decided to host it at a public location, The RumBar on Victoria Street. It’s going to be decorated with black lights so everyone will be glowing.“In the past this has been well attended. We are calling all soca junkies to come out and palance, not to worry there will be music for everyone played by DJs.”Tickets, $40 in advance, include a plate of Trinidadian food including roti, and glow sticks.
