A worker at a hotel kitchen was charged in Magistrates’ Court with sexually assaulting a male co-worker.The alleged assault was said to have taken place in the workplace, between October 2011 and January 9, 2012.The defendant, a 33-year-old guest worker, elected for the matter to be heard in Supreme Court.He was not required to enter a plea as a result.Neither he nor the complainant can be identified for legal reasons.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released the defendant on $5,000 bail with a like surety. He is expected to return to court later this month for the matter to be mentioned.
