A Hamilton Parish man yesterday denied a charge of using deception to obtain $5,500 from George Moniz.Dana Edward Martin, 52, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court to one charge of deception, taking place in Pembroke between July 1 and September 15 this year.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Martin on $5,000 bail, ordering him to return to court on December 15 for trial.
