The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a Storm Warning for Bermuda and the local marine area for late this afternoon through this evening.

Winds at Commissioners Point have been observed at sustained northerly 48 knots, gusting to 59 knots.

The northerly winds are expected to decrease over night, though dale force winds up to 40 knots are still expected early this evening.
