Police were busy over the weekend making 29 arrests for 14 different crimes.

According to a Police press release 14 people were arrested on outstanding warrants, two were arrested for possession of drug equipment and two were arrested for disqualified driving.

There were also single person arrests for the following matters; possession of a controlled drug; being drunk and incapable; suspicion of burglary; assault; supplying a controlled drug; possession of controlled drug with intent to supply; threatening/offensive words; offensive words; public indecency; suspicion of theft and willful damage; suspicion of threatening behaviour.
