Argus Group Holdings Ltd. saw its share price drop by 3.12 percent (25 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurance company closed the day down at $7.75, with 800 shares traded.

Butterfield Bank, meanwhile, saw the value of its common shares rise 10 cents (2.27 percent) to $4.50, as 500 shares changed hands.

Other traders included devonshire Industries Ltd. (200 shares), Butterfield Bank's preference shares (103) and Bermuda Container Line Ltd. (40).

Overall, the Index was up 8.01 points (0.37 percent) at 2,184.51, with 1,540 shares worth $11,610 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, dropped 2.5 points (0.28 percent) to 880.86.
