A taxi driver has been charged with "intruding on the privacy" of a female customer, leaving her alarmed.
Jarreau Rogers, 25, pleaded not guilty at Magistrates' Court yesterday, and was bailed, pending a trial.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner explained the charge alleges Rogers "accosted" the woman in a manner that caused her alarm.
The incident is said to have occurred on January 25.
Prosecutor Nicole Smith said the complainant is a customer who is unrelated to the accused — but did not give any further details.
Meanwhile, Rogers pleaded guilty to a separate offence driving a taxi, registration number T1309, on Dundonald Street in Pembroke on January 15 without due care and attention. Mr. Warner fined him $250.
