Lambe pens new Town deal

Bermuda's Reggie Lambe has put pen-to-paper on a new one-year contract at Ipswich Town.Lambe, 19, has joined Jack Ainsley, Troy Brown, Reggie Lambe and Ian McLoughlin who all signed new deals at Portman Road last week.Goalkeeper McLoughlin was on the bench 11 times last season but has yet to make his debut while Ainsley and Lambe featured in the League Cup. Brown came on as a second-half substitute in the defeat to Sheffield United on the final day of last season.

Lambe, who has been handed the number 27 shirt for next season, started Ipswich reserve's pre-season friendly against Hadleigh United on Saturday. Ipswich won the game 3-1.
