What is your job?

I focus on the relationship management side of our recruitment management services. This means that I develop, build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR managers alike. I assist companies in assessing their hiring needs, creation of job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, and making selection decisions.

What is your favourite part of the job?

That feeling you get when you know that you have made a really good candidate - client match and knowing that you have really helped someone to take that next step in his/her career.

What is your least favourite part of the job?

Pleading the next answer, thanks.

What is your most interesting experience at work?

Trying to find the balance between finding that perfect candidate for a client and trying to help strong, enthusiastic candidates that you know will be good for something, but just not anything that you have at the moment.

What would you be doing otherwise?

I would try to get into medical school.
