What is your job? My job is to take our client's 'to do' list and get it done. This can involve research, sourcing and purchasing a product they need or organising an event for them. Our clients are extremely busy, often stressed and very demanding. My job is to get the information they need to them as soon as possible. Our three main services are conference management, relocation assistance and lifestyle management and as a result no two days are the same!

What is your favourite part of the job? My favourite part of my job is researching suitable properties for our relocation clients. This involves viewing the properties I feel most suit their needs and putting together a portfolio for the client. I get real job satisfaction when I've highlighted a property that perfectly matches their requirements. Their excitement and relief at having found their new home is contagious!

What is your least favourite part of the job? I dislike not having a window near me that I can see through - I hate not knowing whether it's sunny or raining when I need to pop out on a client errand.

What is your most interesting experience at work? I once had a client who was preparing their property for sale and I was charged with staging it. I had to go all over the island looking for suitable decorative items to fit their extremely tight budget!

What would you be doing otherwise? Personal assistant to a famous football player!
