Bermudian James Keyes has been appointed to the boards of the Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund, Renfin Ltd., Renaissance Russia Distressed Assets Ltd. and Russia Infrastructure Equities Ltd., replacing ex-director Sarah Moule.
