Police received three reports of burglaries on Thursday with culprits stealing cash and jewellery.

At 3.35 p.m., officers attended a North Shore Road, Devonshire, home where the complainant said that between 7 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. that day, a burglar entered the home while no one was there and stole cash.

Later that afternoon, officers went to another North Shore Road, Devonshire, residence where the complainant stated that sometime between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. that day, a burglar broke into his house and stole a silver watch and a pair of Oakley sunglasses.

Then at 6.50 p.m. officers went to a Kilderry Drive, Smith's, home where the complaint said between 2.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. someone entered his home and stole money.
