Woman injured in North Shore Road crash in Pembroke

A 22-year-old Devonshire woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a road crash in Pembroke.
At about 8 p.m. on Thursday, Police were called to the crash on North Shore Road, near the junction with Spanish Point Road, involving a car and a motorcycle.
A Police spokesman said: "It appears that the vehicles were traveling in opposite directions on North Shore Road when they collided. As a result the motorcycle rider, a 22-year-old woman, was injured. She was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries, which appeared to be relatively minor. The driver of the car, a 32-year-old Pembroke woman, was not injured."
