Appleby's Faries makes Top 50 list
Appleby's Timothy Faries has been listed as one of the 50 most influential professionals in the private client sector.
The Private Client Practitioner's '50 Most Influential' list represents the top private client practicioners across the industry, including lawyers, accountants and independent advisers, and it is compiled by peer nominations of individual practitioners across the private client world.
They have been recognised as pioneers in their specialist areas, consistently providing outstanding advice and delivering high levels of service to their clients, while those who have made the list have been deemed to be the industries innovators who are constantly improving the way in which the wealth management industry works.
Mr. Faries leads a team of lawyers operating in 11 jurisdictions around the globe who specialise in non-contentious private client and trust advice, including the provision of trust services to high net worth individuals, international private banks and trust companies.
The team advises on the structuring, establishment, restructuring and winding-up of private, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, private trust companies, foundations, holding companies and partnerships.
Mr. Faries also serves as director on the boards of a number of private trust companies, having joined Appleby in November 1993, and become a partner in April 2000.
