fraudulently receiving $350 in cash and goods from two businesses using two stolen cheques.

Mayceo Larry Tavares of Mission Road in Paget admitted stealing the two Bank of Butterfield cheques belonging to Michael and Florence Tavares. Tavares forged and uttered one of the cheques at Island's Satellite Systems and another at Shannons boutique, receiving goods and cash.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis adjourned the case to November 23 pending a social inquiry report.
