73-year-old female passenger fell ill with stomach pains.

The Bermuda-registered ship arrived in the east end and a pilot boat delivered the woman and a family member to a waiting ambulance at 8.55 p.m.

There was no word last night on the woman's condition. The ship had been travelling from Florida to Azores when the emergency occurred.
