Education Minister the Hon. Gerald Simons will disclose the new scheme drawn up by project manager of the Ministry's reform implementation team, Mr. Earl Wood.

The press conference, which will take place at 12.30 p.m. in the board room of the college's South Shore Road campus, will include time-lines for massive renovations to existing school structures and the building of a senior secondary school in Prospect.

The Press were given a briefing of the new schedule yesterday at the Education Department.
