Prisons reviewing rape allegations
Co-Ed facility are still waiting to hear their fate.
Prison officials are still combing through documents relating to the case and a decision is not expected for several days.
The file had been reviewed by the Attorney General's Chambers, which decided there was not enough evidence to support a prosecution.
The case surrounds allegations made by a 19-year-old female British inmate, who claimed she was raped at the Ferry Reach centre by officers.
After lobbying by her family and lawyer, she was transferred back to the UK to complete the remainder of her six-year sentence.
Yesterday, Commissioner of Prisons Ed Dyer confirmed he was still going through the file and a decision on any possible action, if at all, would be made once the probe was complete.
The three officers were suspended from duty in March, and although the Prison Officers Association have called for their reinstatement, they are to remain off duty until the inquiry is complete.
