Two vehicles and nine firefighters were sent to a site near Cobbs Hill Methodist Church on Cobbs Hill Road shortly before 7.30 a.m., a spokesman said.

They found a large area of brush and cedar stumps on fire.

The fire was out by 8.09 a.m., the spokesman said.
