yesterday admitted driving without due care and attention.

Cheyanne Pires, 25, of Middle Road, Southampton, also admitted failing to report the accident, and failing to give the victim her name and address.

She was fined a total of $300 in Magistrates' Court.

Sgt. Rex Osborne, prosecuting, said Pires pulled out into Middle Road, Warwick, into the path of the cyclist on August 4.

Pires told the court she had been unaware the cyclist was injured.
