The driver, Ricardo Walker, 24, of Deepdale Lane, Pembroke, was fined $850 in Magistrates' Court yesterday for dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.

Prosecutor Sgt. Wilbert McLean said that on November 2, at 9.10 p.m., officers in a marked Police car saw Walker's car overtake a bus.

It caused a woman on auxiliary cycle travelling in the opposite direction to swerve and scrape along a coral wall. He said Police pursued the car which weaved in and out of traffic before turning on to College Way where Walker turned its lights off. He was then arrested.
