17-year-old youth will appear May 25 for trial.

Gerald Deniko Greene appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday where his bail was extended until the trial date.

He had appeared in Magistrates' Court on January 11.

According to Police prosecutor Insp. Peter Duffy, the accused had damaged a plant holder, a kitchen window pane and various other items valued at over $60 owned Darlene Smith, a Southampton resident, on October 27.

TWO MEN ARRESTED FOR ROBBERY CRM Two men arrested for robbery Police have arrested two men in connection with a daylight robbery in Southampton.

The victim, a 70-year-old man, told Police he was getting into his vehicle on Church Road around 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday when he was approached by a man who asked him to change some money.

As the victim took the cash from his pocket the offender allegedly grabbed the money and ran.

The victim said he pursued the man but backed off when the offender began swinging a metal object at him.

Police later arrested two men aged 23 and 25 and were continuing an investigation into the incident.
