Burch is standing in Warwick West, where Sir John is hoping to get re-elected.

"If you look deep you're going to find out the problem goes right back to Government,'' said Mr. Burch.

"It's the failure to provide adequate job opportunities. And people are under pressure, not knowing if they're going to meet their rent, food, health care, transportation and other costs.
