Police found Thomas laying on a sidewalk on Gorham Road in Pembroke shortly before 3 a.m. on September 18, said prosecutor Sgt. Earl Kirby. "He was obviously drunk and he continued to use obscenities.'' Duty counsel Miss Sonia Grant said Thomas, who is a hotel employee, had had a misunderstanding with someone at work and was upset at the time.

Thomas, who had no previous convictions, was bound over the keep the peace in the sum of $300 for six months.
