Russell, Astwood impress
English First Division soccer club Preston -- without kicking a ball in their first few days.
The two young stars of the Bermuda national team have been going through hard fitness training with the club's pros.
Barry McIntosh, the London-based agent who helped the players get their chance, said: "I've been impressed with their attitude so far and they seem to be enjoying it.
"So far most of the training has been running up and down hills and it's already clear that Tokia is very quick.'' Preston's first pre-season match is against a local league side this weekend and although the manager is likely to want to give his first-teamers an early workout, Russell and Astwood may get their chance as substitutes.
"I've told them to try hard to make their mark so they can't be left out of the next match,'' added McIntosh. "They seem very focused and keen to do well.''
