Grocery apeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Phillip D. Doars, 21, of Tamarind Vale, Warwick, was charged with demanding money from Belvin's Grocery owner William Pearman by threatening harm to him.

Doars was also accused of behaving in a threatening manner to Pearman by gesture or otherwise. The alleged offences occurred on October 18.

Doars, represented by Mr. Delroy Duncan, was not required to enter a plea.

Doars was remanded in custody until November 5 when he will appear in Magistrates' Court for mention.
