BBC focuses on Bermuda

The 15-minute programme -- set to air at 5.15 p.m. Bermuda time, with subsequent repeats -- will concentrate on tourism and include a general feature on Bermuda.

Several figures have been interviewed including former Premier Sir David Gibbons. There are also plans to interview new Premier Pam Gordon this morning at the Cabinet Office.

Bermuda will come under the World Business Report spotlight tomorrow night, too. This time the focus will be cruise ships and the stock exchange. Cable & Wireless are providing and sponsoring the satellite link-up for the broadcast.

The two programmes will be presented by New York-based World Business Report journalist Richard Quest.
