Acting manager, Gavin Kennedy appeared in Magistrates' Court where he pleaded not guilty to offences said to have occurred in St. George's on April 18.

Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis said the first charge was that the company signed a declaration made for a purpose connected with the Revenue Act which was untrue in "a particular''.

The company is also charged with wilfully using the document, when it was falsified. The case will be heard on Wednesday, June 30.
